  • Fall brings a fresh sense of fitness and routine.  This challenge is to refresh your fitness program with a strong foundation.          Each week take a minimum of 2 cardio, 2 strength and 2 mind/body classes on TAConnect (live stream or on-demand)

  • Record your workouts on the tracking sheet to chart your progress
  • Submit your completed tracking sheet to: groupfitness@thealaskaclub.com and you’ll be entered to win a foam roller and a gift bag from The Alaska Club
