Join us for 5 days of 5-minute core exercise sessions brought to you by 5 fitness leaders on The Alaska Club team!  Guaranteed to get your core muscles fired up!  Starting March 15th, a 5 minute video will unlock each day of the challenge.  You can do one video each day or let the fun build and do 25 minutes of core building on day 5.
