21 Day Yoga Challenge Starts January 11

Start off 2021 with Warrior strength and vinyasa flow. This program challenges you to participate in at least 21 yoga classes (both streaming and on demand) in 21 days: Jan 11 - 31. You can start anytime between January 11th and 20th but must participate in  21 classes by January 31st to complete the challenges (logging up to 2 classes per day).

Included in this program:

  • PDF log sheet to record your 21 classes
  • 4 yoga videos, including the Kickoff video
  • Live streaming and on-demand yoga classes

Average Duration: 55 minutes

Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, space, blocks and bolsters optional

Fitness Level/Difficulty: For all levels

Benefits: A strong, yet Zen start to the new year. You'll receive guidance and inspiration from the comfort of your own home

How it Works: 

  • Challenge starts January 11 and runs through January 31st
  • You must participate in the Kickoff class which will be available on January 11th
  • You can participate in up to 2 classes per day
  • Download and record your yoga classes on the log sheet attached in this program and log at least 21 classes to be entered to win a private yoga party. Once completed, email your completed sheet to groupfitness@thealaskaclub.com
